I am in a Family Law practice of law in the Central San Joaquin Valley, Visalia, California, where I have been in practice for 43 years. I practice almost exclusively in Family Law matters.I am the former Chair of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association, the largest organized association of attorneys in the practice of Family Law in the world.I was on the on the Family Section Executive Committee (FLEXCOM) of the California State Bar for 4 years, serving 2 years as the Education Chair..I am a Certified Family Law Specialist in California and I attempt to provide my clients the highest quality of legal representation in a very difficult time in their lives.My practice includes dissolution of marriage, legal separation, annullment, domestic partner dissolution, adoption, termination of parental rights, uncontested custody & visitation, spousal and child support and related matters.I have been a speaker at numerous legal meetings throughout the United States presenting on various issues of Family Law.The goal of my firm is to continue to offer high quality representation, while at the same time understanding the unique needs of clients under stressful circumstances.
