With over 19 years of continuous recovery due to Transformational Meditation, 12-Step Programs and numerous personal development courses/workshops, I am committed to giving back to the community that supported me in my recovery.Beginning my healthcare career as a chiropractor in 1980 and then expanding my services to include body-mind-spirit work, I have created a full-spectrum approach to coaching others to create a better life.
