In January of 2019, I remodeled and sold investment real estate. I learned how to frame and finish new rooms, install pocket doors, paint, carpet, flooring, trim, countertops, cabinets. I’ve upgraded HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Upon selling most of my real-estate investments, I began work on another type of investment property: installing an electrical panel, lighting, outlets, pouring a concrete floor, erecting automobile lift. I finished an automotive shop which I used to rebuild and sell vehicles such as engine failures, transmission failures, neglected vehicles and vehicles customized to increase value. The Covid experience expanded my innovative problem-solving abilities while giving me the satisfaction of working with my hands.
