• Supervised seven (7) sourcing professionals and managed an outsourced operation supported by forty (40) contractors. • Directed strategy, implementation and delivery of Verizon’s corporate-wide Contingent Workforce Program (CWP), an integrated, outsourced end-to-end solution for sourcing temporary workers. • Partnered with IT leadership to successfully reduce bill rates to achieve $23.4M in savings achieved through competitively bid placements and incumbent bill rate reduction.• Achieved $235M in Tier 1 Diversity Spend and $174M in Tier 2 Diversity Spend.• Managed procurement of IT technology, management consulting and audit services.Special Projects:• Professional Services and Contingent Labor Lead for Alltel Acquisition (September 2008 to December 2009) – Led contract integration and synergy team achieving 500K Alltel synergy savings.

• Supervised sourcing team of four (4) sourcing professionals with responsibility for desktop hardware, software, storage. and print services.• Led the global implementation of Verizon’s PC reclamation project to insure data security for reclaimed PC’s.• Managed initiative to standardize backup and recovery technology across multiple business units gaining $30M in savings against a spend of $120M.• Led an RFP to rebid Enterprise Storage across all Business Units saving $5M on a $50M spend for hardware, software and services.• Held reverse auction for LCD that saved $3M on a spend of $17M• Implemented the managed print services program with the rollout of Multi-Function Devices (MFD’s) across Verizon.
