 Assisted a staff of fifty plus internal members which includes executive management, managers, andassociates through direct and remote support. Managed users’ rights and access in Microsoft Active Directory in Windows 2008, 2012, and 2016. Coordinated and managed a secure file sharing server. Implemented authenticated printing with proximity badges, to prevent unauthorized access toprinted/faxed documents. Upgraded innumerable versions of windows to the latest versions. Deployed software, updates, and installs through WSUS and SCCM applications. Managed and maintained servers, desktop, laptop, and mobile applications and security updates. Setup, configured and backed up physical and virtual servers in a production environment. Assisted with the migrations from Exchange 2003, to 2010, and finally to Office 365. Implemented BitLocker to secure laptops and desktops in the event of device theft or loss.
