In my capacity, I am responsible for providing comprehensive oversight of the company's operations, management, and strategic direction. Simultaneously, I am actively engaged in the day-to-day management of transportation operations. Furthermore, I hold the responsibility for fostering business growth and cultivating partnerships, placing a significant emphasis on these aspects of our endeavors.

Develop curriculum and implement lesson plans for a Specialized Academic Instruction Science and Study Skills class for students in grades 6 through 8. Supports students in the areas of organization, test taking, time management, stress relief, note-taking and researching. Department Chair of the Special Education department at Lindero Canyon Middle School.Schedule, prepare, and facilitate IEP meetings. Manage each student's IEP to assure it is individualized and that students are receiving the necessary services/supports as well as assuring all teachers understand and implement the IEP correctly. Assess students and analyze data using assessments to measure such areas as reading, written language and mathematics. Train and assists new special education teachers with peer coaching activities.

I completed my student teaching at Agoura High School with two Special Education teachers. I worked in a special education classroom teaching social communication, math and study skills to students in grades 9-12. I was solely responsible for developing and executing lesson plans based on the students’ abilities and IEPs. I also collaborated with special education teachers and other faculties to ensure students were receiving the best education and experience.

Work with students who require ABA and DTT services in home sessions and at school and in the community. I focus on reducing aberrant behaviors and teach appropriate replacement behaviors, functional communication, adaptive skills, and social skills. I also communicate with parents and supervisors to discuss further programs or behaviors that occur and how to handle them or assess them. Lastly, I participated in initial ABA training courses followed by ongoing in-service training and supervision.

Provide effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to individuals with a diagnosis of autism and other special needs in homes and schools.Went through a week training of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) services.

Led daily groups about substance abuse, crisis intervention and understanding how to live on their own. Passed out medications, took notes on daily activity and made sure the residents were safe throughout the day.

Provide support to the customers with shipping, tracking and quotes. Helped find and follow up with leads for new customers. Provide customer support for customers.
