I have 20 years of development, civil engineering, and construction experience working with institutional, commercial, and public works sites. My experience includes working with owners and/or developers to manage the planning, entitlement and design of streets, water, wastewater and drainage facilities for over 10,000 residential lots and apartments and over 1,500,000 SF of commercial and industrial space. My public works experience has involved managing and designing a water system for 8,300 lot community; the development of water and wastewater master plans; the preparation and processing of a wastewater discharge permits including representing client interests through mediation; MUD transmission lines; road reconstruction and municipal by-passes; and the design of a wastewater treatment plants for a community of over 1,300 residential lots, six acres of commercial real estate, amenity center, and sports fields. As a superintendent I managed and aided in managing the construction of over 200 homes around central Texas.
