My experience highlights include: - acting for Lendlease in NSW Supreme Court proceedings brought against the Barangaroo Delivery Authority regarding the development of Barangaroo; - acting for Lowe's Inc, in relation to its exit from a JV with Woolworths for the 'Masters' home hardware business in Australia;- acting for Fluor Corp and Fluor Australia in defence of Queensland Supreme Court proceedings brought by Santos in relation to the Gladstone LNG Project; - disputes regarding the NSW ETTT rail project, Wiggins Coal Export Terminal, and several other major projects & infrastructure disputes, including major telecommunications and electrical infrastructure;- recovery of approx. $500m through adjudications for Fluor Australia on the GLNG Project;- advising a major foreign multi-national on a significant joint venture exit dispute in Australia; and- acting for a multinational in relation to a significant cyberfraud suffered in Australia;- acting for a major Australian audit &professional services firm in various matters, including the defence of a significant class action, liquidators’ investigations and related proceedings in respect of a major Australian corporate collapse.
