• Administer psychological tests and assessments for new intakes and discharged patients• Give counseling to patients and case loads• Conduct symposiums and talks to schools and other institutions• Teach seminars to residents which will be beneficial to them• Function as one of the key team leaders in various decision makings in the Center• Work on case files, case conferences and planning for the betterment of the residents• Has experienced working with interdisciplinary team of Psychologists, Psychiatrist, Social worker and other co-staff• Responsible for the day to day activities and need of the center Responsible for personnel management of the center• Provide policy direction for the center including supervision, assignment and overseeing staff assignment• Serve as a mediator for staff complaints and incidents• Attend and participates in administrative meetings• Maintain awareness of the counseling process that may include the observation of a group for case conference• Become directly responsible during the absence of the Executive Director in performing duties• Organize and coordinates staff and administrative meetings• Become responsible for planning for the progress of the resident• Include in the Hiring and employment of employees• Produce a Manual of Operations that helped the center to be accredited by the DOH
