This secondment position was leading a massive reporting and investigative venture - one of the largest the Guardian has ever undertaken - allied to an editorial campaign on fossil fuel disinvestment. I was in charge of a 40-strong team drawn from across the organisation (and around the world) with a diverse array of skills. The project was awarded.
