Randy has almost 30 years of experience as an attorney, including 4 years in the tax departments of Big 4 accounting firms. He is a frequent continuing education speaker on tax issues, including tax issues associated with trust decanting and modification, and tax issues associated with legal settlements. He is also Author of the Advanced Estate Planning chapter for the Colorado Estate Planning Handbook. He is a member of the Colorado and Arapahoe County Bar Associations, a private pilot and volunteers with the Civil Air Patrol. Our office combines large firm experience with small firm service. The office was established by Randy in Denver in 1996 and provides legal services ranging from the drafting of simple wills to representation in the United States Tax Court.
