Management of the compliance team on the London LiftCo contract, providing hard services compliance management to 17 sites across London. My role involves ensuring that statutory compliance maintenance tasks are completed on time. The role was created with the aim of improving overall compliance and re-building compliance systems.I represent G4S London LiftCo as the single point of contact for all compliance and health and safety auditing to ensure that we maintain the highest possible scores and develop trust with the clients through effective and clear communication.

The role as Senior Compliance Manager was to oversee and manage the compliance team across the entire campus, ensuring that the clients compliance standards are exceeded at all times by both Mitie and Sub-Contractors. The role involved the management of a highly effective and successful team, receiving glowing reviews following audits, both for myself and my team. Due to my ability to communicate and present at the highest levels, I was often asked to represent Mitie in meetings beyond the compliance remit and with clients across the UK.In April 2018, whilst retaining the role of Senior Compliance Manager I took on the role of Business Improvement Manager. the role began as a project to reduce the Carbon Footprint of the contract, it grew in to a role in its own right. During my time as Business improvement Manager I developed plans to reduce the Carbon footprint of the contract by 43%.

As Compliance Manager the role involved managing and monitoring the Health and Safety, contract and financial compliance of Sub-Contractors and Mitie technicians. The systems I designed and implemented to monitor and ensure compliance are currently being used as a model for all other contractors.

Responsible for the 24hr management of the Permit Office at Heathrow T5, ensuring compliance of both Mitie and Sub-Contractor engineers when on site.
