BATTALION SUPPLY SERGEANT/AUTOMATED LOGISTICS NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICER | UNITED STATES ARMY (ACTIVE GUARD RESERVE) | DECEMBER 2004- DECEMBER 2015· Receive, inspect and inventory organizational and installation supplies and equipment for storage, issue, delivery, and turn in.· Prepare organization procurement documents and maintain the automated ERP system for accounting and accuracy of all contracts. Responsible for procurement of over $100 million dollars of Government equipment· Prepare organization supply documents and maintain the automated supply system for accounting of organizational and installation supplies and equipment.· Coordinate and supervise the supply support portion of the integrated logistics support plans and inspect the completed work for accuracy; responsible for inventories of over 10,000 items with a 100 percent accuracy for 10 years in a row. Received Army Commendation Medal.· Plan and direct activities of personnel and subordinate units.· Organize and supervise Battalion, Major Supporting Command, and State directed missions; advise subordinate Unit Commanders on logistical matters and unit mission capabilities.· Execute material management and inventory control programs from a Major Supporting Command and Battalion level.· Coordinate and conduct unit inspections as a team member of the Organization Inspection Program; determine methods from financial responsibility for lost, damage, and/or destroyed Government property.· Conduct peer and subordinate leadership training.

Supervises development and preparation of operations information, plans, maps, sketches, overlays and related data to employ supply and service organizations. Contributes to staff development and operations of supply support data systems, equipment review, salvage, and repair parts supply procedures. Perform liaison between staff and supported personnel to improve effectiveness of support activities. Conducts inspections and provides technical assistance to the Inspector General.
