James has recently joined McKenzie & Co Consultants as a Business Manager with a focus on developing the business and to help achieve the growth requirements whilst ensuring the stability and quality reputation of the business. James will help drive this already reputable company to the next level of superior reputation and drive the growth that naturally arises from this.Previous to McKenzie & Co Consultants James has joined Cato Bolam Consultants as a Business Principal to develop the business and achieve the growth ambitions of shareholders. This was successfully carried out by establishing and executing business strategies, initiatives and plans, overseeing all business marketing, initiating productivity and efficiency improvements, business development management, researching business opportunities, expanding the client base and managing existing key clients. Previous to Cato Bolam Consultants James started the office for Lands and Survey Auckland in 2016 which then had over 30 employees when he left January 2019, his main role for Lands and Survey as a General Manager was to grow the business in Auckland and develop and manage business strategies across all other New Zealand entities. In addition to this, James led as the Senior Leadership Teams' chairman and oversaw the management of the surveying, planning, engineering and project management disciplines. This has given a broad spectrum of knowledge within these industries with particular strengths in business development, client management, business strategies and general management. With natural career progression, James has joined McKenzie & Co Consultants who are the industry leaders in land development as a Business Manager.
