I have over 26 years experience as a telecommunications professional with a Bachelor's of Science in Electronic Engineering. Currently working as Top Craft Technician, I am comfortable owning the end to end process from customer service, truck inventory management, repairs, and ensuring the job is completed thoroughly and correctly. I pride myself on my problem-solving strategies which allow me to analyze new situations and learn new information quickly. I am responsible for all safety guidelines and procedures during the job and practice risk mitigation daily. A dedicated team player, I frequently volunteer to assist co-workers in their duties to ensure the best customer experience possible. As owner/operator of Commonwealth Housing, I manage and own 10 rental properties with approximately 14 tenants. I frequently budget, assess contractor bids, resolve issues, and perform routine maintenance on the properties. Managing these properties has increased my communication skills, management capabilities, and record keeping.
