Executive Supports• Support SVP with several clients needs, including our main client Atlanta Housing Authority• Manage SVP's expense reports and various invoices to process through accounting department• SVP and departmental calendar management requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of meetings that included materials and catering needs• Create SVP and management reports as needed• Manage SVP tasks and subordinate tasks using a Sharepoint system• Manage SVP and management domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries• Transcribe SVP notes and meetings as neededGeneral Office Support, Project Management and Creative• Support department leadership and team with administrative tasks and minor technical support so they can leverage their time better • Create highly complex forms, charts, diagrams and spreadsheets, for general meetings and Board of Directors meetings• Continue to develop expert software skills in Visio, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop, samples of product created available by request• Complete various internet research projects as needed for client or management needs• Assist in development of marketing materials, by doing the creative work• Responsible for accurate and timely Federal Housing and Urban Development agency reporting• Assist in research and creation of responses to RFQs and RFPs• Assist with data entry and testing of new client ERP system• Project managed collecting security data for client properties, including developing new process and procedures for properties to report and follow-up on incidents• Audit property management resident files at 13 high-rise properties on an annual basis, including plan of actions and follow-up for issues that needed to be addressed
