I’ve been working in the credit union sector for just over 20 years, the last five of which have been spent with Commsave – one of the UK’s largest credit unions.Why Commsave?I’m passionate about helping people to access the financial services they need and take pride in how Commsave provides our members with the competitive savings and affordable loans products to help them take control of their finances.At Commsave, we focus on providing our members with a high-quality service and, as a mutually owned organisation, members’ needs are at the heart of all we do.Northamptonshire Born and BredI’ve been fortunate enough to work in several roles in different places during my career in the credit union movement, including nearly a decade managing two London-based credit unions. However, as someone born and bred in Northamptonshire, I’m proud to have spent a large part of my working life in the county.Working at Commsave is therefore incredibly rewarding, given our more than 30-year history of being based in Northampton, and my role brings me into contact with so many impressive businesses and individuals who all help to make the county a great place to live and work.
