Responsible for working with major customers and co-manufacturers on a variety of projects including root cause analysis problem solving, cost savings, product launches and packaging design.

Provided engineering support and packaging expertise through the design, development, validation and maintenance of new and existing components and documentation for consumer healthcare, Rx pharmaceuticals and contract customers. Created and maintained component specifications and product packaging bills of material required to manufacture and ship all finished goods.

Responsible for all technical aspects of new product development, process development/improvement, production and finished goods testing, including direct supervision of Quality Control and Lab personnel.
