Senior Staff Landman with responsibilities in the Arkoma Basin. ♦ Responsible for four-rig Woodford program as it relates to negotiation of Farmouts/Farmins, Joint Ventures and AMI’s. ♦ Team lead on all outside areas of interest including Horizontal Mississippian Lime Play in North Central Oklahoma and South Central Kansas.♦ Responsible for the leasing and purchase of Territory Resources Pawnee County assets for a total of approximately 30,000 acres in the play, and monitoring OCC filing for all operators’ activities in play.

♦ Landman- Arkoma Basin (2005-2008). Responsible for a five-rig program for Arkoma CBM. Worked closely with broker for the leasing of new acreage. Provided testimony for all Oklahoma Corporation Commission hearings. Responsible for all outside well proposals related to upcoming pooling hearings. Provided quarterly presentation for Williams’ senior management. Hired and managed field broker activities. ♦ Senior Landman - Barnett Shale Basin (2008-2010). Responsible for the leasing as it pertained to bolt on opportunities. Drafted all TRRC documents for Denton and Wise Counties, Texas and sought out neighboring exploration companies for possible Joint Venture deals or sales of their assets.♦ Staff Landman- Marcellus Shale Basin (April 2010-2011). Responsible for all drilling/leasing activities for a three-rig program in NE Pennsylvania. Reviewed and approved all Title Opinions. Supervised land due diligence in Williams purchase of Rex Energy’s Marcellus assets.

Landman responsible for an annual 25 well program in Amvest’s Osage County mineral holdings. Ensured all surface facilities were implemented for well locations and negotiated damages settlements with surface owners. Negotiated leases from Osage Nation Tribe of Indians and acted as Amvest’s liaison to the Tribe for its 250,000 acre concession with a 75 well per year commitment for a prescribed five year term. Also acted as Land Supervisor of Amvest’s acquisition of TEC Resources in the Cherokee Basin.

Reviewed and set up all incoming accounts in area of responsibility. Ran detailed reports as to expirations and converting leases from term to production acreage. Reviewed Division Orders for all BOK accounts. Gave detailed presentations to financial team to forecast oil and gas revenue of accounts.

Researched new areas of interest for past production, status of wells for potential Farmin/Joint Venture opportunities. Constructed detailed mineral ownership reports from court house records. Manager of company owned seismic crew. Sought out new clients for potential seismic shoots with negotiations of Working Interest trades for seismic services.
