Overseeing the operational demands of 10 food & 4 Retail outlets within a large 5* star Company within Pembrokeshire. Responsible for over 100 + staff ensuring compliance, performance and achieving set revenue targets. Implementing a competent Induction process and on-going training support. Secondment role which lead to a permanent position within the L&D Team.

Working within the Blue Lagoon water park in Pembrokeshire i was responsible for overseeing the operation of a 600+ capacity water park. Working a team of 40+ lifeguards, i was the RLSS Trainer Assessor, responsible for the on going training and support of the team. Health and safety was paramount and the need to train staff, record and archive training record was essential to ensure compliance. I was also managing a reception team, housekeeping team and a retail outlet.
