*Promoted to Fleet Manager in November 2022*I work as operations supervisor for C&M distributing since January of 2017. I have knowledge of every position from entry level to the most complex operations. I am proficient with the different types of production/inventory software used to put the routes together based on locations and orders. As well as extensive knowledge with the accounting software used to create invoices and driver's paperwork for 50+ routes a night. I have written operations manuals and training packets for the most difficult positions at the distribution center. I retain information well, and am responsible for training specialist and team leads. I have knowledge of all the equipment and have trained others to operate everything from the conveyor systems to the several types of lifts I'm certified to operate. I have a degree in computer science and am certified in : MSCE (Microsoft), A+, Net+, and knowledgeable in languages such as VB, C+, with basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and Java. Strong leadership skills allow me to successfully delegate responsibilities among 70+ employees. Leading by example I quickly gain the respect of those with which I work.
