SBA 504 Interim Lending Nationwide

Mr. Robertson has demonstrated an exemplary track record with the implementation, and management of lending programs. His track record includes: The development, approval and implementation of Guaranty Bank’s first five-year strategic lending plan. The strategic lending plan included the areas of commercial business, corporate, consumer, residential, and commercial real estate. The implementation of this plan during Mr. Robertson’s employment allowed the bank to successfully expand its asset base from approximately $2 billion to over $10 billion. Mr. Robertson formulated the business plan establishing the Mortgage Finance Group at Guaranty Bank. While Mr. Robertson was at Guaranty Bank, the Mortgage Finance Group became known nationally as one of the top ten full service lenders to the residential mortgage banking industry. He created and developed the first wholesale commercial banking branch unique to the industry to provide deposit banking services exclusively to mortgage banking customers. This model has become a standard in the industry. He originated approximately $450 million of mortgage banking credit facilities over a 30-month period. During this same period the Mortgage Finance Group was responsible for approximately 25% of the bank’s net income. One credit went into default with 100% recovery during Mr. Robertson’s tenure. Mr. Robertson formulated the business plan for a lending program of the Commercial Real Estate department that concentrated on the origination of acquisitions, renovation, and mini-perm loans primarily for multifamily investment real estate.
