75th and Thomas Sales Representative/ Repair store- My main objectives in this position was to assist customers as they enter out store with a Fridley greeting , and assist them on any question on their current phone and find out if they are able to be upgraded to a new phone with a new two year contract.Educate customer on reasons why to switch service from other carriers to sprint.Help Customer with repair question and advice how to handle the broken phone situation
