• Processed all of the purchase requisitions for the entire company of 1,200 employee’s for various MRO purchases.• Excelled the requirements for processing of requisitions from 175 line items a month to over 1000 line items a month, turn the processing time from several days to 24 hours for requisitions, all in 3 months’ time after managing this position. • Managed the company credit card of $65K for MRO purchases and generated end month processing, tracking, and expensing reports for accounting.• Reviewed and purchased capital equipment, negotiated payment, shipping terms, and statements of work with suppliers as required.• Outsourced, bid, and awarded supplier managed inventory (SMI) for all of the warehouse shipping materials.• Maintained printed material for Marketing and sourced new documents regularly through change controls.• Added and processed new service suppliers into our approved supplier program for BioFire’s facility department.
