I am an experienced business executive and professional services partner who works with senior stakeholders to lead their thinking and drive action within their businesses.Having training as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers I worked both domestically and internationally across chartered accounting, corporate finance, private equity, professional services advisory and as a Chief Financial Officer.As a partner of a Chartered Accounting firm I was responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering specialised service to clients as well as growing the firms fee base and fulfilling other partner responsibilities.In my role as a CFO of a vertically integrated manufacturing group I led initiatives that resulting in acquisitions, mergers, debt restructuring, an international equity raising and a finance function transformation programme.This background in accounting and finance has established a focus on the hard edge of achieving business outcomes. At the same time my experience in management, leadership and then professional services advisory has established a belief that the achievement of these business outcomes is correlated heavily with the people involved. I am experienced in working with senior stakeholders to understand and deliver business outcomes. I am an experienced Coach and is accredited in both the Belbin and Human Synergistics diagnostics tools.
