James RohdeVice President Revenue Cycle Solutions Jim Rohde began his Healthcare Technology career 12 years ago with Healthworks Alliance, then headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. Healthworks’ business plan was to provide software technology applications to hospitals insuring accurate clinical information thus eliminating delayed health care services. The software also delivered accurate billing information which greatly increased revenue by eliminating denials and reducing accounts receivable days outstanding. When Jim joined Healthworks the client base was only eight hospitals. Through Jim’s leadership, the customer base increased to over 500 medical facilities within seven years. Passport Health acquired Healthworks four years ago. Presently Jim serves as the National Sales Leader for Intuit Healthcare focusing on Revenue Cycle Solutions. Prior to joining Healthworks/Passport, Jim spent 18 years working in the Clinical Reference Laboratory industry working for Smith Kline Beecham Laboratory. Jim served as Senior Director of Sales and Marketing. His responsibility was heading operations and sales for the Great Lakes Region which included Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota and Illinois. Though his focus has been predominantly in the health care sales environment, he also has considerable experience in customer support, software implementation and business development. Currently Jim resides is in the suburban Chicago area and Cape Coral, FL.
