I’ve helped build and deploy the OpenBlue Net Zero Advisor GHG emissions application to easily track and report progress towards decarbonization goals.

Oversees five departments consisting of Capital Projects and Planning, Facilities Management, Parking and Mobility Services, Real Estate and Auxiliary Services, and Business Operations. Manages annual budgets totaling $37.5 million as well as $272 million in capital expenditure projects for the University of Denver's 5 million square foot/125-acre campus. Supports a total campus population of 16,242 comprised of 5,758 undergraduate, 6,039 graduate, and 3,800 staff/faculty members.

Led a 90-person organization responsible for all utilities production, distribution, engineering, energy management, sustainability, building management system, and facilities information services for a total campus population of 33,600 and 631 facilities totaling 12.5 million square feet. Directed the central utilities plants producing 7 MW of electricity, 324,000 lb/hr of steam and 24,700 tons of chilled water, as well as an 8 MGD water treatment plant. Directed the engineering and O&M of electrical, steam, chilled water, natural gas, water, and sewer distribution infrastructure. Responsible for forecasting campus utilities cost and consumptions setting the utilities operational rates ensuring sufficient income for all purchased commodities, operational and capital expenses, debt, and depreciation for an annual operating budget over $40 million and capital program of $240 million.

Oversaw the management and operations of 764 facilities, 310 Military Family Housing Units, 82 Dormitory rooms, 1,200 Acres with a plant replacement value of $653M across six locations supporting Department of Defense, Ministry of Defence, Department of State, and NATO operations.
