My role incorporated sales, customer service and general account management. I contacted businesses on a daily basis in order to try and create more accounts for myself and the company. I dealt with quotes, orders, processing dispatch, picking errors, back orders, taking payments and any follow up queries.

Eastleigh

My role at the company was to manage the customer access point, promote legal services and organise consultations. The role was customer facing and based at the access point which was run solely by me. I also had regular days in the main office. As well as this, I liaised with local businesses to enrol them on their Privilege Card scheme. I did follow up appointments and worked to maintain good relations with the local businesses I had brought on-board. I managed the website as well as designed leaflets. I attended regular customer service and sales training events and worked to strict targets.

My role was to contact new and existing clients and companies across Europe to see what their business needs were and then to pitch hardback reports on a trial evaluation or negotiate a purchase of the physical or PDF copy of the report. I also built up my client base and accounts, making regular contact to keep them up to date with new reports. I work to individual and team targets and use various pc packages and systems, including Salesforce, Informa pulse, Microsoft outlook, Internet explorer and excel.

I dealt with incoming queries from the public and businesses. I was multi-skilled and answered calls for residential and business faults, directory enquiries, assistance, nuisance, and emergency services calls. All work was on the phone and using general office packages as well as bespoke systems.
