Reporting to the Director of Operations, the HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Generalist will collaborate with departments to address human resources needs, implement policies, and foster a positive work environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Full cycle recruiting which involves: preparation, sourcing, screening resumes, selection, hiring, and onboarding.Work with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Paycor Recruiting, in order to manage job postings, interviews and hiring of candidates.  Ensure to meet weekly and monthly hiring goals by working with predefined recruitment processes.  Contact and interview qualified candidates for relevant job positions.  Maintain contact network for qualified candidate recognition and sourcing.  Provide assistance with Onboarding duties such as: applicant training schedules, background checks, toxicology screenings, and ensuring all relevant information is up to date.Conduct administrative duties including maintaining personnel and employment records, adhering to onboarding guidelines, and updating internal databases.

Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate, organized case files, keeping a structured schedule, and utilizing a tickler system in order to track assignments. Adhere to all legal practices if a home is deemed unfit for children and is in need of legal intervention which includes, filing petitions, status reports, social studies, attending all proceedings, and in most extreme cases, facilitate the removal of a child/children from their home. Extensive, timely documentation through LINK management systems of all contact with case participants and any providers involved in order to help develop a Case Plan which will identify the area’s most in need to ensure the stability of the family.

Conducted independent Non-Judicial interviews with clients age 12-17 using the Brief Risk Assessment Tool and Massachusetts Youth Screening Instrument, while locating files through CMIS management systems to complete juvenile profiles.

Assisted the social work department by conducting mood assessments, process/analysis recordings, facilitated personal interviews updating case note documentation, discussed financial assistance and discharge plans.
