Underground Coaching provides coaches and players with tactical education and insight. Focusing on two key focus areas: Education and Player Analysis through our Player Podium service. Our content is all delivered online, which means our team can work with Players and Coaches all over the world. Our team is comprised of coaches and analysts who have worked at the elite level at both club and international level.Our education component focuses on providing coaches with courses and programmes that develop their tactical knowledge and the application of this knowledge. We work with clubs, associations and individual coaches all over the world. Our Player Podium service provides professional players with their own individual coaching team. We take an in-depth look at an individuals game and give them on-going tactical coaching. Overall we aim to do these three things:Develop coaches and players by providing the knowledge that they both need and want; the interesting stuffEnsure that everything we provide can be immediately applied in their respective environmentsMake seemingly difficult ideas simple and accessible to everyone

The lead football coach’s responsibilities include leading training sessions, providing motivation and advice during gameplay, developing game plans, attending trials, as well as scheduling team meetings. Being able to identify the individual abilities of each player and provide one-to-one coaching wherever required.
