Extensive 30+ year career encompassing project operations, purchasing, supply chain & manpower management. Accomplished in human resource responsibilities, inclusive of recruitment, employee retention, progressive discipline and overall general operations management. In recent years contracted to create and develop various health / safety and risk management programs through evaluating performance appraisals and individual needs assessments, with the end goal being a zero loss-time atmosphere. Past memberships held in the N.A.P.M. (National Association of Purchasing Managers) and S.O.L.E. (The Society of Logistics) and have been an American Heart Association CPR / First Aide / AED Instructor and maintain current certification with the American Safety & Health Institute. Presently hold an O.S.H.A. (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) compliance certificate along with forty (40) separate O.S.H.A. certifications as an Oil and Gas Safety Professional, a 24-hour HAZWOPPER certification, my N.S.T.C. (North Slope Training Cooperative) and many more.
