Technical Support Engineer
CurrentAs a technical support engineer, I am responsible for providing support to customers who are experiencing technical issues with products, software, or data. I work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and customer success to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Responsibilities:• Troubleshoot technical issues with products, software, or data, including conducting research and testing to identify and resolve issues• Configure ticketing pages for new clients within our database• Document customer inquiries and technical issues, including creating and maintaining knowledge base articles and FAQs• Deploy updates/hot fixes
