Current- Creating Weekly Sales Reports for buyers and investors to view KPI performance successes and opportunities for improvement
- Building effective schedules to support the needs of the business during operational hours
- Organizing vault inventory to make room for inbound shipments and newer product SKUs; utilizing FIFO practices when applicable to always warrant high quality product
- Training and developing new budtenders on everything from product knowledge, industry rules and regulations, and budtender salesmanship skills in order to support team growth and talent acquisition
- Supporting management team in all endeavors as we continue to build effective systems to support efficient business practices and integrity
- Mastering BioTrack (POS system) applications when it comes to inbound shipments, inventory reports, cash handling procedures, inventory adjustments, etc
