Develop strategies and practices that ensure the closest possible relationships between three key departments: marketing, fundraising and box office, ensuring they work together coherently to support the Brewery’s financial resilience.Deputise for the Chief Executive Officer/Artistic Director (CEO/AD) to maintain existing relationships with key stakeholders and organisations, and develop new relationships with partners to extend the organisation’s expertise in fundraising.Review the current departmental objectives and activities for the marketing, fundraising and box office departments. Review customer data, feedback, and research; formulate strategies to process this data and establish procedures to inform programming, marketing, fundraising, learning and audience development activity.Review data to understand current audiences and how development, marketing and communications plans should change to reflect the new business model. Create new implementation, monitoring and evaluation procedures to review the impact of new activity.Explore new ways in which digital technology can improve the customer experience, organisational efficiency and increase public engagement.
