About James Sadler

James is an accomplished retired U.S. Army Officer and senior leader with numerous years of Program and Project Management experience. He is very effective in communicating and maintaining successful working relationships with senior government civilian and military leadership. He has successfully managed the full lifecycle of government and business customers’ operational needs, and is experienced in managing all phases of mission critical global IT operations, including network operations and implementation of complex, high risk, and sensitive solutions. He has lead highly specialized military teams to meet critical mission requirements. He also has been responsible for managing large cross-functional military staffs in planning and executing projects and understands the necessity of being client focused where difficult challenges can become organizational successes. James most recently oversaw the Business Development area for the Army Market Team at WBB/Serco. Previously was the DoD Business Development Director for Pragmatics and a Program Director at Phacil where he started after retiring from the US Army with 27 years’ service. His last two tours were at the Pentagon, first as a Strategist for the Chief of Staff, Army and his last tour as a Strategist for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. James has also worked in the financial services industry and owned a small retail business.He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, a MBA, and the Project Management Profession (PMP) certification. James and his wife live in Ashburn, VA with their two daughters. When not working, he spends his time with family, attending sports activities, and an occasional motorcycle ride.
