Responsible for the day-to-day operation of this firearms training company, and for the creation, update, review, and execution of open-enrollment firearms training curricula to US citizens and other permitted persons. Curricula endstate is that students develop the knowledge and ability to legally and responsibly use firearms in defensive, recreational, and sporting roles.

Develop curricula and instruction for the Marine Corps University's Center for Advanced Operational Culture Learning (CAOCL) that pertains to Language, Regional Expertise, and Culture (LREC). Learning outcomes address elements of operational culture, culture general concepts, regional and culture-specific instruction, and foundational language as determined in requirements set forth or by operational force requirements and Marine Corps University Primary Military Education objectives.Conduct learning analyses with the Government for CAOCL operational, culture, and language courses per the SATE manual.Develop, maintain, and revise formal Programs of Instruction (POIs) and associated content, including Course Descriptive Data (CDD), Master Lesson Files (MLF), instructor guides, student handouts, and assessment tools.Develop, maintain, and revise the Training and Readiness (T&R) manuals with the Government.Develop and incorporate Master Scenario Events Lists (MSEL) into exercises and assessments.Develop the CAOCL collective training standards structured around service-level Mission Essential Task Lists (METL) and develop and revise the methods of evaluation and examination.Upload, maintain, and revise CAOCL course data in the Marine Corps Training Information Management System (MCTIMS).Request, collect, maintain, analyze, and report on formal assessment data of CAOCL students and CAOCL training and education programs.Facilitate the development, management, and operation of a training log to help CAOCL track the number of students trained and facilitate CAOCL’s ongoing formal school/course development process.

Responsible for the creation, proofreading, update and review of New Equipment Training (NET) curricula for new computer hardware and software applications procured by PMMI. Provide technical review and validation/verification support for system user and system administrator manuals as required. Specific systems supported include Tactical Exploitation Group Remote Workstation (TEG-RWS), Portal and Data Exploitation Capability (P&DEC), and Distributed Common Ground Surface/System – Marine Corps (DCGS-MC). P&DEC required three curricula re-writes as the system developed. DCGS-MC required four curricula re-writes as the system developed. Provided podium instruction for System User Training in support of P&DEC fielding events to Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) and 2nd Marine Expeditionary Force.
