MBA and Associate Diploma in People Management (CIPD Level 5) graduate. My BSc in Psychology has given me the insight to better understand human motivation and behaviour which I feel is essential to engage, motivate and support employees. Growing up I was a very hands-on person helping my folks with a variety of trade vocations like carpentry, plumbing and electrical. The skills and mindset that developed from growing up in this environment have made me an astute and pragmatic person who looks at problem-solving in a systematic way. I feel I would make a great addition to any team that values the inclusion and diversity of knowledge, experiences and perspectives.
