Work in real estate finance and asset management for office, industrial, and multi-family properties, supporting controllers and asset managers in our New York officeReview and make necessary adjustments in Yardi and Excel to 50+ property financials on a tight month-end deadline at both the individual asset and fund level to ensure the timely monthly pricing of real estate fundsParticipate in the preparation of the quarterly reports for separate account assetsProvide qualitative and quantitative analysis on internal and external appraisal reportsComplete quarterly and annual data requests for financial reportingReview annual operating and capital budgetsAnalyze and interpret various types of real estate documents, including operating statements, rentrolls, leases as well as joint venture and loan documentsPrepare and update valuation memos as well as valuation/waterfall modelsPrepare discounted cash flow models in Argus and ExcelComplete supporting analysis on existing investments, development projects and potentialacquisitions on behalf of asset managersComplete asset strategy reviews and hold/sell models at times resulting in the progressiontowards the disposition of one or more assets in my current allocationUpdate and prepare mark-to-market models and capital commitments schedulesTrain and coordinate with our international partners to expand global footprint

Middle Office Cash Operations • Analyze current processes and implement controls to continually mitigate risk• Provide daily status reports to senior leadership. Enhance metrics to provide meaningful analysis of the group• Daily communication with front-office portfolio managers to ensure trades are able to be executed timely and accurately• Oversight of all manual trading activity within the funds trading teamFunds Trading• Preparation and execution of daily fund trade transactions • Investigation and resolution of trade failures in settlement process• Communication with internal and external parties involved in settlement• Work effectively through daily responsibilities in both an independent and group fast-paced environment

• Prepare position reconciliations to all counterparty accounts for each assigned fund • Resolve cash and position reconciling items on a timely basis • Maintain daily accounting records and complete daily roll forward schedules • Process monthly shareholder activity and reconcile back to transfer agent/register • Calculate net assets on a class and series basis as appropriate • Strictly adhere to established departmental fund accounting processing procedures and controls • Perform administrative functions related to Alternative Funds requirements • Perform month-end close process and valuation for assigned funds • Gain a comprehensive understanding of offshore and domestic fund accounting requirements for alternative funds • Problem and error resolution on a timely basis (with documentation) • Meet client month-end valuation and reporting deliverables

• Communicate with the funds’ investment advisors and enter security trades• Calculate the funds’ daily investable cash, expenses and income• Process shareholders’ activity and reconcile to the funds’ transfer agent• Maintain daily accounting records• Compute income distributions and reportable yields• Calculate and report the funds’ daily net asset values (NAV’s)• Analyze daily changes in funds’ values in relation to broader market fluctuations• Participate in group and departmental projects
