NOTU is a $2 billion government owned contractor operated 600 acre facility with an annual operating budget of over $100 million and employs over 1000 employees (Government Civilians, Active Duty Navy, and Contracting Partners). Responsible for the test and instrumentation program associated with Flight Test operations of the Trident II (D5) missile and support equipment and Navy Port operations for Commander Navy Region Southeast's second busiest port supporting over 200 unit movements per year.

Provided leadership, executive direction, and policy for the day-to-day operations conducted at Program Management Office, Shipboard Systems (SPS). SPS is a $100 million government owned contractor operated facility with an annual operating budget of over $100 million and employs over 700 employees (Government Civilians, Active Duty Navy, and Contracting Partners). Responsible for the design, manufacturing and testing of Strategic Weapons System Fire Control, Navigation and Nuclear Weapons Security Support Systems associated with the Trident II (D5) missile and support equipment.

Managed production schedules to meet customer demands with no operational delays or impacts to mission execution involving 20 Million pounds of ordnance.
