Then worked with our teletherapy team helping clients setup new meeting with their MHP. This role involved getting to knowclients better and help set up ongoing relationships with MHPs. Worked with our Forms team to resolve and organize confidential forms for clients. This involved spread sheet and e-mail management as well as solving issues caused from incorrect information given to clients. During this time the company would go through the process of switching tele-health platforms used in managing clients and doctor data. Where Played and important role in helping integrate and prep data from the old platform into the new one. They weren't able to directly send data into the new platform. Proposed a way to get the data into the new platform and was given access to Tableau data and old platform data. Created a script to mapping, matching, and gathering missing info into a form to port into the new platform.
