Leading the effort for Grundfos PACOpaQ standard packaged pumping systems and Grundfos Engineered Systems. All GES packaged systems integrate a variety of Grundfos pumps and control systems into solutions for our customers. After initial six month development period, generated sales of over $5MM USD in the first 14 months after product launch. Grew the GES team from 2 to 12 employees over this period, and brought on customers in Industrial, Water Utility and OEM product groups as well as our core Commercial Building Services. Daily duties include managing the Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Production efforts for Engineered systems, which are manufactured at two separate locations. Developed Engineering Specifications and models for most systems. Other efforts include training Sales and distribution, developing standard control products for use in several industries, and working directly with Owners and Engineers to successfully execute the products. As Director of the newly formed Advanced Hydronics Division, hired and trained new personnel, and set overall business plan for new division. Duties included hiring staff, opening up office space, training all new employees, developing Division Standards, and coordinating with the main office in Michigan. Spearheaded new marketing materials with specialist including website development for new business unit. Drove Hydronics Division to over 45% of sales volume by end of second year.

As Director of Commercial Business, was responsible for all P&L functions for $30MM Business Unit. Responsibilities included setting and approving budgets for staff, coordinating Engineering and Project Management groups on sold projects, and quarterly reporting to Board of Directors. Developed standard products for two separate clients to private label equipment under their product grouping to broaden sales distribution. Generated over 50% of profit with only 15% of Revenue in 2012.

As one of four stockholders help set direction of entire company. Duties included yearly budgeting, capital improvements, personnel decisions and product development. Major milestones included purchase of new facility in 2001, and brand name equipment opportunity with a major corporation in 2005.

Managed four engineering groups with a total of twenty-one reports. Implemented software tools and standard operating procedures to improve information processing between departments, which included design improvements to shorten production time and allow flexible manufacturing decisions between produced or purchased equipment modules. Drove overall costs down 20%, which generated additional 10% net profit after market.

Worked with over 60 Sales Representatives across the country, generating Annual Sales Goals and Sales Plans. Sales leader among Regional Managers seven of first nine years. Continued to manage key distributors and drive Sales while performing Engineering Manager duties, Published articles in Trade journals and wrote training manuals for distributors.
