Oversee the entire Guest Services operations, including, but not limited to, scheduling, payroll, ordering, revenue management, accounts receivable and payable, guest recovery, and interdepartmental coordination.

Responsible for assisting the Director in the direction and administration of all Housekeeping operations to ensure the overall cleanliness and product quality of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Authority and responsibility to direct all phases of daily operation at the location level (590 rooms: 7 lodges and 100 cabins.) While providing this direction, the Regional Operations Manager will fully support, monitor, and control all programs instituted by the individual departments. Responsible for maximizing sales at the location and controlling expenses at all operating departments, with the objective of meeting or exceeding budgeted profits while maintaining expenses at budgeted levels.
