Mr. Scribner joined Red Capital Markets, LLC in June 2011 as part of the firm’s strategic initiative to deepen its origination capabilities in seniors housing and health care beyond GSE and proprietary lending. Mr. Scribner is responsible for originating and structuring equity and subordinate debt investments for senior housing clients and leading Red’s private placement efforts with accredited and institutional investors.
