CurrentTechnical expert and key resource for implementing processes and technologies that positively impact and/or integrate with other relevant systems. Completed work with CI team at Stilwell, OK decreasing cleaning time by 1 1/2 hours on IBL4, created centerline form trained employees decreasing down time centering settings on line. Responsible for providing CAPA responses on Customer Complaints that I have decreased year over year, 2024 currently at 36% decrease in Manufacturing Defects and 56% in Foreign Materials. Cooking oil study to decrease testing time by a reduction to a single testing method, to increase FSQ technicians productivity by giving back more time for their other responsibilities. This is a multi-facility oil standardization project with other CJ Schwan's facilities including CA, NJ, and CA., involving CF team including FSQ, Product Development, and Process Engineering depts. Filled in for Sr. Food Safety and Quality Manager for six months during the search for a new manager, for FSQ activities including leading FSQ recertification audit for 2 facilities, responding to USDA NR compliance issues, resolution of customer complaints, improving sanitation practices, teardowns and pre-op, corporate Quality Management System and Food Defense Plan review/release, R&D trials and production implementation using CQV process, and new equipment for the frozen Asian products produced. Designed and implemented a wash process to clean/sanitize plastic pallets which eliminated all swab positives for environmental testing. Completed fryer centerline alignment/validation studies which eliminated product internal temperature noncompliance and decreased variation resulting in consistent products with optimum quality attributes. Trained multiple departments including Production, Sanitation, CI, Engineering, which included management and staff in HACCP/HARPC, Sanitary manufacturing practices, Warehouse practices, cGMP’s, OSHA Safety, and other FSQ procedures and policies.
