Analyzed customer’s finished goods requirement and ensure correct product mix was produced and delivered on time and in full using an integrated demand planning and distribution system to determine the production build and supply chain requirements at 6 US based distribution centers across the country. • Created and maintained a Transition Overview Workbook which helped track and manage tasks and status of over 200 individual products which were to be transitioned from old US based plant and foreign produced material to our new production facility. Analyzing product and customer demand of each product, assisted in prioritizing which products are to be made and schedule their transition to the new plant. • Once transitioned and approved for production in the new plant, scheduled production within a frozen and fixed horizon based on input from production and supply chaint. Maintained Production Planning calendar to support scheduled products while considering product line capacity, raw material availability, inventory availability and delivery date to customers. • Interacted directly with Logistics and Customer Service teams to review delivery times and product availability from production plant to Distribution Warehouses.
