My personal responsibilities are:• Identifying opportunities for learning through Organisational Development “events”. In 2020 and 2021 this included end to end production and broadcast hosting of internal conferences designed for both a virtual and in-person audience• Creation of a communication "suite" to engage colleagues with business activity and agenda. In 2020 and 2021, this included pre-production, hosting and post production (adobe audition / adobe premiere) of a popular internal podcast received by all shop colleagues. In addition, I also produced a film that was designed to energise and encourage colleagues to donate to Entain's charity partners. This resulted in over £50,000 of donations.• Developing the Retail Learning Strategy• Creating strategies with the Retail Projects Team to develop upcoming programmes• Manage external relationships with training providers / thinkers / producers• Implementing the Retail Learning Pathway and training interventions for the Retail Senior Leadership team including Department Directors, Regional Directors and Regional Operational Managers• Owning and managing the Retail Learning Budget• Driving all National Retail Forum Strategies and Activity, ensuring outputs are communicated across the retail estate. -
