Led the integration of the EA-18G Growler into Air Wing training. Coordinated the Fallon Range Training Complex (FRTC) use and management. Led the updating, expansion and integration of hundreds of range assets to provide realistic air defense training. Implemented the use of the radar fusing system to increase realism on the range.Joint Programs Branch Head - Lead planner for the integration of Joint assets into Navy integrated training events at NSAWC (NAWDC).- Managed the spending of over $3.7M in Joint funding to improve Joint training assets on the FRTC. Dynamic Targeting Subject Matter Expert - NSAWC's dynamic targeting SME lecturing, coordinating training and implementing real world lessons learned into training to improve on dynamic targeting execution in combat. Led a Joint Maritime Dynamic Targeting conference that brought in representatives from all Navy Fleets and the Joint community to better plan and integrate training into real world scenarios.
