Safely and economically ran an epichlorohydrin unit using both traditional Cl2 and HOCL technology. I was responsible for process operations, safety, training and cost analysis, served on the Training Team, EH&S Team, Start-up, Shutdown Team and Cost Team. I provided improvement ideas through electronic notebooks.Also, provided services to the Polypropylene business, working with process operations and QA/QC. Worked daily with DCS, SAP, IP21, FTIR, X-Ray, RCM, plastometer and other laboratory and process equipment, including DCS code, needed to provide an accurate assessment, regarding process variables and quality of the product. I used this data to suggest and write new procedures to improve process and cost effectiveness.

Successfully built, managed and was a partner in a custom branded natural medicines company. We marketed solely to independently owned pharmacies.Sought after and received an endorsement from the PCCA.Was responsible for targeting, marketing, communicating value and closing leads.
