I am a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of senior management experience in the wealth management industry, 20 of which have been as a Chief Compliance Officer for OSC, MFDA and SEC registered entities. I have also completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Partners, Directors and Officers exam. In addition to my compliance background, over the course of my career I have spent considerable time on matters relating to the marketing and delivery of investment products, policy development, fund accounting as well as client service and operations technology. I have been recognized by my peers as a leader, mentor and team player in addition to being articulate and possessing excellent communication skills.I am retired however would be open to opportunities on Independent Review Committees in the GTA.
