The Joint Personnel Recovery Agency is chairman-controlled activity under the Office of the Secretary of Defense. As an Information Operations (IO) Analyst in the Planning Division (J5) I helped to advise how Information Related Capabilities (IRCs) (a few are: Strategic Communication, Public Affairs, Civil-Military Operations and Intelligence) could be considered during Personnel Recovery-related training and exercises. I also worked with the Intelligence Division (J2) to better depict friendly and enemy, attitudes and goals, toward their own Personnel Recovery (PR) posture, and toward ours.* Researched IO and Intelligence RFIs from US and NATO partners with a focus on INDOPACCOM (India, Philippines, Vietnam, Japan and China specifically)* Built PR capabilities briefs on friendly nations as 'read-aheads' to Multi-national Senior Leader meetings* Partnered with Survival and Evasion (SERE) Specialists to look at historical Enemy 'Capture and Exploitation techniques' to assess how competitor nations would likely treat US captives in future conflicts.

Project Manager and Operations Officer at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Applied Data Science Team (ADST). I was embedded with a Special Operations Customer to develop various software applications for real-world missions with a Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) focus. As National-level Security Programs Project Officer, I served as the Military liaison between the Army, Civilians and Contractors of the Intelligence and Security Branch at the National Guard Bureau (the Army National Guard's equivalent of the Pentagon)My core duties were to assist in updating Intelligence and Security Policy, and submitting recommendations for Security Policy modernization. I was also responsible for managing tasked assignments between my GS-14 Branch Chief and four GS-13 team leads (Industrial Security, Information Security, Communications Security and Personnel Security) using a SCRUM meeting format to track our Security Program projects process.* Led Intelligence Directorate's website interface redesign on Sharepoint; coordinated with Senior Directorate leadership for guidance and decision points* Synchronized three (4) GS-13 team leaders with GS-14 Branch Chief using SCRUM style meetings for task management and tracking* Coordinated security inspections, manpower studies, security training reviews, and budgeting analysis of the 50 US States and 4 US Territories

Intelligence Advisor in a 12 man Combat Advisor Team (CAT) in the 1st Security Force Assistance Brigade. Capable of deploying to Train, Advise, Assist, Accompany and Enable Foreign Security Forces in any environment. Was internally responsible for providing and conducting intelligence updates and significant activities on threat forces to Team leadership.Coordinated with Counterintelligence units for an anti-terrorism and force protection assessments. Trained and advised the Combat Advisor Team on biometric and forensic equipment. Maintained accountability, and welfare of 52 interpreters. Responsible for advising our Foreign Security Force (FSF) intelligence partners on data collection management, analysis, processing and dissemination of strategic and tactical intelligence.* Developed Intelligence products for Brigade-level Mission Readiness Exercise* Cross-trained with 10th Special Forces Group on High Frequency (HF), Tactical Satellite (TACSAT) and Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT)* Selected as Alternate Communications Advisor for HF, TACSAT and VSAT when CAT Team was on split-location missions* Coordinated seven biometrics collection events, processing over 900 Afghan National Army Soldiers while simultaneously conducting counterintelligence activities with HUMINT and CI collectors to ensure force protection prior to our unit training the partner force.* Maintained and coordinated employment of 52 local-national linguists assigned to five mission locations in Kandahar Province* Instructed Afghan FSF partners in Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace (IPB)* Selected to attend one-month Live Environment Training in Vicenza, Italy at U.S. Army Africa to enhance Brigade readiness ahead of unit deployment to USAFRICOM Theater; Products created were later selected to be uploaded and featured on USAFRICOM SIPRNET

Served as an Intelligence Analyst in a Stryker Infantry Battalion. Responsible for the welfare of three Soldiers. Planned resources and executed physical security inspections for five Companies. Maintained the accountability of $1,500,000 in intelligence equipment. Produced and oversaw the creation of several intelligence products, including weekly Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) briefs. Prepared analytical products to assist the Battalion with the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) Mission Analysis. Toward the end of my tour at Fort Carson I was moved from Battalion S2 to the Brigade S2 in preparation for unit deployment to Afghanistan.* Selected to directly support Brigade S2 as a Reconnaissance Task Force Squad Leader for three Brigade-level exercises and one National Training Center Rotation (17-05.5)* Created and briefed over 40 intelligence products (training and real-world) to Brigade Commander and Staff* Mentored Soldier to pass the promotion board for Sergeant* Passed Promotion board and became eligible for Staff Sergeant* Maintained Battalion-level JPAS and Intelligence Oversight programs, and advised five Company Armorers on physical security practices.
